This is the fourth year of its title sponsorship of the Aberdeen Asset Management Ladies Scottish Open and the company continues to strengthen its golf portfolio in 2012 to include the Scottish Open, Colin Montgomerie, Paul Lawrie, Martin Laird and Catriona Matthew amongst others. EventScotland

In preparation for The 2014 Ryder Cup, EventScotland is working to reinforce Scotland's position as The Home of Golf by supporting a fantastic calendar of golf events each year.  This is the fourth year that EventScotland have supported the Aberdeen Ladies Scottish Open and are delighted that the event keeps going from strength to strength.

EventScotland, the national events agency, was established in 2003 with the aim of strengthening and promoting Scotland's events industry. EventScotland does this by attracting, generating and sustaining a portfolio of world class events in Scotland.

  Archerfield Links

Archerfield Links are proud to be hosting the Aberdeen Ladies Scottish Open, for the second year, with the event being played over the Fidra Links from Thursday 18th to Saturday 20th August. Archerfield Links boasts two links golf courses, with stunning views over the coast of the Firth of Forth, both designed by European Seniors Tour player David J Russell. Previous events held at Archerfield Links in recent years include the European Gary Player Invitational, the Sir Ian Botham and Darren Clarke Celebrity Invitational and the Aberdeen Scottish Match Play Championship.
